Loving yourself is the key to your wellness. I know for sure out there there are many people struggling with this: how to give love and to care for themselves. As for myself I've been honestly struggling with this in decades. I am a very empathic, loving and giving person who cares a lot about others. At times, I totally forget myself which is not good for my spiritual well being. Loving yourself and giving yourself care and unconditional love can heal so many wounds in your life. Other people's judgements, gossip, baggage and jealousy, childhood trauma, drama from others, bad karma from others and your previous lives. We are all spiritual beings.
